The Taj Mahal hotel has different categories of room beginning from the standard deluxe room to the Presidential suites totaling 294 rooms and 27 suites.
Deluxe rooms
Room are custom designed for the business travelers. Guests can have a view of the Presidential Palace, India Gate and the Raj path. The rooms have an appeal of a classic interior décor, with refurbished rooms.
Luxury rooms have all the facilities that the deluxe rooms have except that a complimentary breakfast buffet is served.
Taj Club rooms are epitome of luxury and pleasantry for discerning travelers. Guests are given complimentary imported wine, chocolates, flowers, fruit basket, newspaper and magazines. A 24 hour butler is there to assist you in every possible way.
Executive Balcony Suites measures 778 square foot, and has remarkable facilities to help the guest have comfort in executive level style. The room features a bed room, lounge/ living room with a work station, a large bathroom with bathtub and separate shower cubicle. An enclosed balcony from where you can see the pool and the backdrop of the Mughal era.
Luxury Suites creates an old charm for itself from the artwork and antiques all around. Living rooms are spacious, and the dining room has a pantry. Further more, the suite can be converted into two bedroom suites using an interconnecting room.
Grand Presidential Suites represents the grand designs of Delhi’s chief architect, Edwin Lutyens. This suite has many of his original drawings including furniture that was adapted from his own works. The vanity room has a master bedroom and bathroom with a private pantry, library, and personal work out area, dining room. The suite has seen foreign dignitaries and other Head of states staying there.
